So, i just watch a video in youtube about a student asking a woman (someone that give speech) in an occasion. That student was giving new points and asking what she really want to know. She did not even finish talking but that woman cut off her speech and talks about rights and not answering the questions properly.
Talking a microphone from someone who was talking showed how we were being disrespect to that person. Not answering the questions properly showed how least our knowledge.
In that video we can see how Malaysians are so small. I mean, the adults cannot accept a young student questioning something they cannot answer. We as human have different thoughts and different level of knowledge. To gain new knowledge we must share and listen to what other person ask. If we cannot answer it, tell them what we could and how must information that we know about that stuff.
Even Albert Einstein had been kicked out from his school because he questions his teacher and his teacher scold him.(what i read last time, if im mistaken, forgive me) I just don't get it.. People said, if you don't understand, ask! But when we ask, people scold!
Why they scold? Because they are someone that have more knowledge and have higher degree and cannot accept something that may challenge their knowledge. They know that actually what they do is wrong but they act like they know everything by style and the way they talk confidently!
Its the fact that is important not style! Before you think of embarrassing other person or yourself by the way you act, think carefully! You will create a new issue.
What actually im trying to say, respect people because he or she is a person. LISTEN the question FULL then you answer with rationally! If you cannot answer, say what ever that you know.
For me, we need to compare with other country to learn new things from them. If you are someone that is learning to cook, will you learn from a chef or just someone who is also learning too?
